How does iTod shipping work?
Once you order an iDVD of an iTod iProgram, we ship it to the address on your iTod account via US Postal Service First Class Mail.
To what locations will iTod ship?
iTod ships to all 50 states and US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Federated Islands of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the Virgin Islands. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Due to the distance of these locations from our distribution center, delivery times may take several additional days. Additional shipping charges may apply.*

How long does it take to ship?
Most of our customers receive iDVD delivery within 7 business days of the live iProgram, but shipping can sometimes take up to 10 business days. If a disc hasn't arrived and it's been 10 or more days, please report it to iDK@iTod.plus
You can request a replacement iDVD within 30 days of receipt if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The iDVD will be replaced without charge and shipped to you in accordance with the iTod iShipping Policy. To replace a damaged iDVD, please contact us at iNeed@iTod.plus
Please note that iDVDs aren't eligible for cancellation under the iTod iReturn policy.
